The X-Men help the Thing fight off an attack by the Mole Man and his Moloids. This is the first time the X-Men are meeting these villains (as well as many of the others appearing in this story), but it's all a moot point because at the end of the story the Watcher makes it so that this fight never happened.

Quicksilver's presence here with the Avengers places this issue after he joins the team in Avengers (1963) #16. The Scarlet Witch isn't shown, but I'm pretty sure that later comics reveal that she was present.
COUNTING THE DAYS
This issue takes place over a single day, some time after X-Men (1963) #13. I'm pretty sure that Marvels (1994) #2 places the wedding right before the Sentinel attacks in X-Men (1963) #14, so I'm putting the story between those issues.
